Women's Somatic Yoga Experience

Come explore our body-centric experience where we utilize intentional Yoga Asanas to help release stress, tension, and trauma from the body.

Location: On Campus @ 10 Bridge St Building 2 Unit 32 Winsted, CT 06098

What to Bring: Water, comfortable attire & personal yoga mat if needed (we have community mats). Bring any medical necessities that will accommodate gentle stretching. This is a beginner level and all Asanas can be modified to fit participants abilities and needs.

What to Expect: Nothing, be open minded about your experience, you will get exactly what you need from this experience
